Where do you deliver your products?

We are proud to deliver our products to Switzerland and Italy!

Where are your products shipped from?

We ship your orders from our warehouses located in Italy and Switzerland.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders very quickly to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of your purchase. After this time, your order will already be in processing. In this case, you can return it for a full refund once you receive it.

What payment methods are accepted?

For your convenience, we accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard), PayPal, Twint and prepayment by invoice.

When will my order be processed and shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse. We process orders Monday through Friday. Typically, your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days from the purchase date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Slightly longer processing times may be experienced during sale periods and holidays due to higher order volumes.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Normally, your order takes about a week to arrive. However, due to high demand for our products, some orders may take between 2 and 3 weeks to arrive. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code that will allow you to track your package at any time, with complete transparency!

What happens if I don't receive my order?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you will be entitled to a full refund.
